NATALIE UDEN MSN, FNP-C
Natalie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and an experienced aesthetic nurse injector committed to delivering natural, refined results. An Oro Valley native, she attended Ironwood Ridge High School before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona in 2010 and her Master of Science in Nursing – FNP in 2015. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
As the lead injector at Oro Valley Aesthetics & Wellness, Natalie specializes in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators, helping patients achieve long-lasting, natural rejuvenation. She is passionate about staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine and regularly attends advanced trainings to refine her skills and bring the latest techniques to her patients. This dedication ensures that every treatment is tailored to enhance individual beauty while maintaining a natural and balanced look.
Her previous medical experience as an RN and NP includes specialty areas: Inpatient & Outpatient Oncology, Allergy & Asthma, medical weight loss, family medicine, and urgent care.
Education
She then attended Grand Canyon University where she received her Master of Science in Nursing in 2015 as a part of the Family Nurse Practitioner program. Natalie is nationally certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and her work experience as a Nurse Practitioner includes continued work in outpatient oncology, allergy & asthma specialty clinic, medical weight loss, and more recently in retail-based convenient care/urgent care for the last 4 years.

Outside the Office
Natalie is married to her college sweetheart Matt, who is a local elementary school principal. Together they have a 2 year old son, Emmett. In her free time she loves to spend time with her family, travel, catch a good movie with popcorn, check out local breweries, and try her latest wine club deliveries (Sip, Sip, Hooray!). On vacation you will find her and her loved ones on the beach or in Disney World!

SARAH GIST BSN, RN
Sarah is a certified nurse injector. She is a Tucson Native and attended Salpointe High School and the University of Arizona and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Sarah is a member of AORN since 2012, and is also ACLS/BLS certified. Most recently, Sarah is laser certified.
Experience
Sarah has a background in cosmetic surgery and cardiac nursing. She worked in plastic surgery for over 13 years and has been an injector for over 10 years. Sarah was trained by an oculofacial plastic surgeon to do neuromodulator and dermal filler injections in 2013, and has completed numerous trainings since then to improve skills and proficiency in cosmetic injections, working with certified Allergan and Galderma trainers.
Outside The Office
Sarah is married to her UArizona sweetheart, Thomas, who works as a realtor in Oro Valley and Tucson. They have 2 children, Reese, 9, and Rhett, 5. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, cheering her kids on at dance and sports activities, attending barre classes, cooking, traveling, and dining out.
Sara Rowe, DNP, FNP-BC
Sara is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of healthcare experience. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois. With a focus on wellness, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and aesthetics, Sara is passionate about empowering patients to achieve optimal health and confidence. Combining evidence-based practices with a compassionate approach, she strives to create personalized treatment plans supporting each individual’s wellness journey. Whether helping patients navigate hormonal changes or achieve their goals, Sara fosters a supportive and transformative wellness experience.

Amy Pierce, Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician
Amy has been a dedicated Aesthetician with 5 years experience in helping clients feel and look their best. Committed to continuous education, Amy went back to school 4 years ago, receiving her laser certification from The Clear Skin Institute in Phoenix, AZ. With a passion and deep understanding of skin health and the latest in aesthetic technology, she specializes in customized facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and non-invasive anti-aging solutions. Known for a detail-oriented and client-centered approach, Amy creates a relaxing, luxury experience, ensuring every client feels rejuvenated and confident in their own skin.
Outside the Office
Amy is a native Arizonan having been born and raised in Tucson. She has been married 17 years to her sweetheart, Jeff, who is the entrepreneur of a local swimming pool company. Together they have 3 wonderful boys: Parker aged 16, Carson aged 14 and Benny aged 10 as well as a 3 year old Cane Corso named Enzo. In her down time, Amy enjoys cooking, shopping, spending time with her family and cheering for her boys in football and wrestling matches.

Caitlyn Hade , Aesthetician & Certified Laser Technician, Team Lead
Caitlyn is a licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician with a lifelong passion for skin health and helping women feel confident in their own skin. A proud Tucson native, she graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2017 and went on to earn her laser certification from the National Laser Institute in 2018. With nearly a decade of hands-on experience spanning med spas, dermatology, clinic leadership, and aesthetic education, Caitlyn brings a well-rounded and highly skilled perspective to every treatment she performs

Caitlyn is a proud mom to her 7-year-old daughter Kendall, who keeps life exciting with gymnastics. She is also with her sweetheart Michael, who owns a local auto glass company. Together they share life with two beloved pups. In her free time, Caitlyn loves to golf and soak up quality time with her family — the people she loves most. Family is at the center of everything she does, and that warmth and dedication carries over into every client relationship she builds.

Brittany Legowski, RN — Nurse Injector
Brittany is a compassionate and skilled Nurse Injector whose clinical foundation runs deep. Before stepping into the world of medical aesthetics, she spent over three years as a NICU nurse in Connecticut — an experience that shaped her into the precise, steady-handed, and deeply empathetic provider she is today. Her time caring for the most vulnerable patients instilled in her a level of patience and attention to detail that she brings to every treatment and every client she serves.

Brittany’s background in critical neonatal care gave her an exceptional clinical skill set that translates beautifully into aesthetic medicine. Her steady hand, sharp eye for detail, and genuine empathy for her patients set her apart as an injector who not only delivers beautiful results but makes every client feel truly cared for throughout the process.

Brittany made the move from Connecticut to Arizona about two years ago and hasn’t looked back — she has fully embraced the warmth of the desert and everything it has to offer. She is a proud fur mama to her two Cavapoos, Sadie and Sawyer, who are nothing short of her children. Brittany also shares a special bond with her twin brother — the two are IVF babies, making their connection all the more meaningful. When it comes to staying active, Brittany cannot sit still — she loves weightlifting, Pilates, and hiking, and is always chasing her next adventure in the Arizona outdoors.

Haley Hallo, MA — Client Experience Coordinator
Haley is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 8 years of diverse experience spanning front office operations, surgical care, aesthetics, ophthalmology, and dermatology. Beginning her journey with Medical Assistant training, Haley has continuously invested in her growth — earning an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and completing a Certified Nursing Assistant program at Pima Community College. Her broad clinical background and genuine passion for patient care make her an invaluable part of the Oro Valley Aesthetics & Wellness team.
Experience
Haley’s background in surgical dermatology and aesthetics has given her a deep understanding of skincare science and patient care that goes far beyond the front desk.
