Cancellation/No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must give a MINIMUM of 48 hours notice.

At Oro Valley Aesthetics & Wellness, we enforce a 48 hour cancellation/no show policy to ensure all patients can get in for appointments in a timely manner and also to respect our providers’ time. Any cancellations or no shows within 48 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to their credit card on file:

0-30 minute appointment: $50 charge

30-60 minute appointment: $100 charge

61-90+ minute appointment: $150 charge

Our Providers are booked out weeks to months ahead and last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps with patients on our waiting list. Understanding and adhering to our cancellation policy will allow our team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our providers’ time.

Appointment Policy

Arriving late may reduce the duration of your treatment. While we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining scheduled time, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and apply the cancellation fee (refer to our cancellation policy above for details).

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for services rendered. Aesthetic outcomes can vary significantly between individuals, and while we strive to deliver the best possible results, they cannot be guaranteed. Any additional treatments required to achieve your desired outcome will be the patient’s responsibility.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days and for the same product only.

No refunds on Gift Certificate purchases.

No refunds on pre-paid packages or memberships.

Service Deposits are nonrefundable and are applied to your treatment cost. Any rescheduled or cancelled appointments will have the paid service deposit fee placed in their patient wallet, which can be used for any future service or retail purchase, so long as the appointment is rescheduled and/or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled appointment time. Appointments that late cancel or no show will forfeit their deposit and be subject to our cancellation charges.

*Please note: Any credit card disputes on valid charges will result in immediate dismissal from the practice.

Children Policy

Little ones are welcome to join you as you shop for retail products or attend a shorter appointment (such as 30-minute botox treatments, IM injections, or weight loss follow ups). However, we ask that you please make child-care arrangements prior to appointments that will take longer than 30 minutes or for appointments that use laser/radiofrequency/red light equipment. This ensures the safety of your child, while also upholding the relaxing environment we strive to achieve for our patients.

If we don’t answer the phone right away, please wait at least 5 minutes to call back or leave us a voicemail. We WILL ALWAYS call you back! We understand that your time is valuable, and while we strive to minimize wait times, occasional delays may occur due to the demands of our busy office. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will give you the same level of care and attention during your visit.

If we feel that we are unable to meet your specific needs, we will communicate this openly. Please know this is never personal—we simply want to ensure you receive the best possible care, even if that means referring you elsewhere. Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities.

To enhance security and protect your sensitive information, we require all clients to present a photo ID during registration. This step ensures the safety of your personal data, protects your identity, and helps us maintain accurate and compliant medical records.
